Samcrete Development is a commercial and residential real estate development company established in 2000. Since its inception, the company has focused on developing quality properties that turn into timeless neighborhoods that have a lasting value to the community. In a word, Samcrete Development is about quality; and specifically it is about quality throughout every step of the real estate development process. The company’s senior management team consists of professionals with extensive industry experience in architecture, construction and engineering as well as in developing landmark real estate properties throughout Egypt. But to ensure each development is valuable and distinctive, Samcrete Development also collaborates with leading architects, designers and builders. The company takes pride in setting new standards in design and functionality and in creating benchmarks for the sector. Our company line is Destination Quality, which sums our raison d’etre.

Quality building is also in our DNA, and can be traced to our sister company, Samcrete Engineers and Contractors, established in 1963. With over 50 years of experience, the Samcrete name has delivered landmark construction and infrastructure projects in Egypt, and the MEA region. In Egypt, a few notable projects include the New American University Campus, the Ain El Sokhna Highway, Dar El Fouad Hospital and Terminal 3 at the Cairo International Airport.
